Spin Sisters at HEATT offers structured sessions under the expert guidance of L3 and L2 qualified female coaches plus helpers, providing a safe, fun and supportive environment for players of all levels to improve their game, whether elite, intermediate or even first timers! Sessions include warmups, fun icebreaker activities, skill-based “pods” that match you with suitable players, inclusive match play, and a cool down and reflection. Stay for a cuppa at the end of the session and hear from highly qualified guest speakers on topics such as wellbeing, sports psychology and injury prevention.
